Hi Again: Had a good day yesterday and went to the museum in Calgary. It was real interesting, and long, and lots of walking, and the knee sure didn't have much fun. We ended up in town again at rush hour, but did make it back to the campground in good shape. Had Lupper at Denney's. Had a muchroom hamburger. Pretty good. Cost about the same as in the states, but it will be more as I used the Credit Card and they charge a service charge to convert from Canadian Dollars to USA Dollars. Not sure how that is going to hurt us yet.
I did get in to my bank account finally. They sent me a temp password, then I can put mine in there. I think I forgot to make the first letter in it a capital letter as they require. So I got my bank statement just fine today. So, Ken, won't need you to dig out the electric bills and send me the amounts. Thanks any way...
We left Calgary this morning about 0915 and drove here with no problems. Got about 8.5 MPG on gas. It cost $1.254 per liter, That's about $4.78 per gallon I think. Hope it goes down now that the oil has dropped some....I know it will be more when we get away from the big cities.
Will tour the biggest MALL in the world tomorrow. It is supposed to cover over 48 city blocks. I may not make it to all the stores myself..The knee is still bothersome to me. Sure wish it would get back to normal...
