Hi All: Still in Whitehorse, Yukon. Bob is not much better this morning. His pain is still pretty intense. He is supposed to drink LOTS of water, and does have pain pills to take for the pain. Dorene read somewhere that distilled water, lemons, and vinegar will help disolve/move the stone, So Amy and her are gone to town to find some. That goes along with what my brother Jack said to take. Lemons, and Limes. Hardly any folks from Mexico ever get kidney stones. I first thought that you only used Limes in Corona Beer, but I guess there may be another use. hee hee...Hope this home made medicine works. He did say the pain had moved somewhat around his side, so the stone may be moving on it's way out, but that don't make it quit hurting.
It rained most of the night last night, but it's nice and sunny now. Hope it stays this way for a while. I think it has rained almost every day we have been on the road, at least a little, but not enough to mess up any plans thank goodness.
I do have two more stone chips on the windshield and they advertised they have someone that can fix them here. He stopped by last evening and said he'd be by today to fix them. Hate it when they say "Sometime" today and I have to wait around all day for the guy. Don't really have any other place to go though. Kinda nice to have a couple days to sit around and read a book. Haven't had much time for that on this trip so far.
Don't know when we'll get on the road again. Can't be bouncing Bob all over the Motorhome with his condition. Hope the vinegar water does the trick. Amy said she's going to get some rubber tubing and hook him up to a gallon of water and pump it in him. hee hee. Hope Bob reads this and drink his water. hee hee.
Well, I'll let you know what is going on..
